Thank you for visiting today. My name is Robert Romano, and I am a therapist with offices in Darien and Westport, serving the greater Fairfield, and New Haven County areas of Connecticut, and also nearby Westchester County in New York. Chances are you're here because you want to make a positive change in your life. You may be feeling overwhelmed, lost, stuck, and you want to gain a better understanding of yourself so you can continue to grow and move forward.
You may be struggling with addiction, suffering from anxiety, depression, or PTSD. Perhaps your goal is to work towards stepping out of your comfort zone and becoming your very best self. You don't have to walk this road alone.
Take this journey with a therapist who cares and is not there to judge you, but rather to encourage and challenge you to be the best person you can be.
Our time together will be tailored to your individual needs to help you attain the personal goals you are striving for.
I like to meet clients where they are, and use various evidenced-based, trauma-informed, person-centered treatment modalities.
I believe in a collaborative, holistic and integrative body-mind-spirit approach to psychotherapy for adolescent's in their late teens, adults, couples, and families.
