Appearances on national and local television news media include Al Jazeera: America Tonight, ABC Chicago: Windy City Live, CW's Eye Watch News, and Fox News: Your World with Neil Cavuto; radio Midday Live with Dr. Drew. Dr. Duke has been a board member with the Illinois Psychological Association and continues to be an active member of the American Psychological Association.

Her volunteer work includes serving on the Advisory Board Council of Evanston's Institute of Therapy through the Arts and serving as the Director of Development of the mentorship program within Chicago's HEAR Foundation's Educational Scholarship Program. She also assisted in providing narration in the Beginning with Babble app, developed by the founders of LEAP at Northwestern University, to assist parents in improving their child's interactions and language.

Most recently, Dr. Duke provided consistent postdoctoral supervision to assist clinical teams responsible for providing mental health services within Thresholds Organization.
Services
Dr. Duke is a qualified Independent Educational Evaluator (IEE) for full or partial psychological assessments and educational consulting.
Dr. Duke's practice also offers full psychological assessments, including the recently revised ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule - Second Edition).
The ADOS-2 improves an instrument already viewed as "the gold standard" for observational assessment of autism spectrum disorder, and Dr. Duke is one of the few professionals in the area trained to administer this assessment.
