Insight Counseling, based in Orange County, was developed to serve a need in our communities that was not being met by private practitioners and other community-based agencies. Our agency was founded to be a unique not-for-profit center, offering comprehensive individual, couple, family, and group therapy, as well as educational classes. Our services are accessible and affordable.
Our therapists are well educated, professionally diverse, and passionate about working towards our client's goals within a confidential, safe, and professional environment. Our services aim to improve our clients' functioning, add clarity, and allow for personal and emotional growth. When individuals and families move towards wellness, our communities benefit.
