QUADRA Counseling Associates, LLC was formed by Cynthia Fisher, MA, LMHC, LMFT to meet the growing need for comprehensive therepeutic services to a wide range of people with varying issues. The vision of QUADRA Counseling Associates is to match skilled licensed psychotherapists with individuals, families and/or couples to address problem areas in their lives.
We do this by working with our clients to help them gain insight into their concerns/issues, make changes in their thoughts and actions, and establish new, healthy priorities, creating a new foundation for their lives.

How do I choose a therapist?
Therapy isn't effective if you do not feel comfortable with your therapist.
We are happy to schedule a 15 minute introductory meeting with you to allow you to ask any questions you may have.

While we are listening to you and learning about your circumstances to see who would be the best fit for you, it is your opportunity to evaluate your therapist and see if he or she is the right fit for you as well.
We welcome your feedback as to what would be most helpful for you.

Cynthia is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Mental Health Counselor.
She is passionate about seeing wholeness and restoration coming back in her client's lives and marriages.
Her marital/family experience ranges from pre-marital counseling, marriage enrichment, blended families to affair recovery counseling.
Cynthia also sees individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, dual diagnosis and various mood disorders.
She loves equipping women and men who are in emotionally abusive relationships to increase their confidence and understand and exercise emotionally healthy boundaries.

Our office is located in the Cummings Center office park in historic downtown Beverly, MA.
Clients are usually seen Monday-Friday between 8 AM and 9 PM and Saturday mornings 8 AM to 4 PM.
If you need to see someone at a certain time or have a time preference, please mention that when you call for your initial appointment.
