Since opening her private practice, she has worked with those aged 14 and older.
She enjoys staying active through different forms of exercise as movement can be crucial to mental well-being.
She strives to serve others by creating a "brave space" for clients to work through life's difficulties.
She loves meeting new people and traveling as it gives insight into an alternative lens.
She believes that the most powerful part of any relationship is in the human connection.

Walk and Talk Counseling is a unique form of therapy that combines traditional psychotherapy with the physical exercise of walking.
Ecotherapy integrates traditional therapy with a belief that time spent in nature can have a positive impact on mental health and general well-being.
Sessions can include the use of walk & talk, ecotherapy, or mindful boxing, but will be determined by the therapist and client.
