Houston Psychotherapists is proud to offer the PRISM Center's renowned Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) - an eight-week comprehensive treatment program designed for adults* who are experiencing considerable distress, anxiety, depression, interpersonal struggles and/or problems in coping and functioning.
It offers a structured curriculum that can be an effective alternative to hospitalization or serve as an aftercare treatment following residential treatment.
Our program consists primarily of small group therapy supplemented with individual therapy and family or couples therapy.

Our standard fee for service is $150 for each appointment (45-50 minutes).
If you do not have insurance and wish to discuss a reduced fee, please do so with your provider, who may be able to offer an income-based/sliding scale payment option.
If our clinicians are not in-network with your insurance company, we will provide statements necessary for you to file for out-of-network benefits, if available.
