Inner Light Counseling Collective is a place to take a deep breath, heal, and recharge. We believe everyone holds the innate wisdom necessary for healing. We believe in the power of self-expression. We believe that mental health is a state of radiance, curiosity, and joy; not just the absence of painful symptoms. We believe that counseling should be available and affordable for all, and we hold workshops, evening groups, and provide individual therapy to help you welcome every part of your self home.

Expressive Arts Therapy is based on the principle that creative expression fosters healing and personal growth.
I provide Body-Centered Therapy in the form of guided meditation and body sensing experiences that are based on mindfulness practices and supported by neuroscience research.
I also employ Expressive Arts Therapy, which can include writing, visual arts, movement, music and other forms of expression.
