Services
A 30-45 minute consultation with Dr. Sehl in which we will discuss what brings you to consider psychotherapy, how frequently you feel you'd like to come in, and a preliminary treatment plan.
It may be that you don't know what brings you to therapy, just something in the back of your mind, we'll figure it out together.
Often people who see me for a consultation have been suffering for some time, have considered therapy, but have postponed this decision because they felt ashamed that they need help.

Join Dr. Mark Sehl PhD. in a private confidential setting where effective interventions working with "difficult" clients can be discussed, and where the therapist-patient dynamics that can expand or constrict therapeutic progress can be explored.
In doing this the responsibility for treatment outcome shifts from the "difficult" patient to the therapist.
Then the therapist is in a better position to help.
I look forward to meeting you.

This will give you some idea of how Dr. Sehl thinks about what goes into a good therapy session.

I joined and watched your YouTube channel.
You are amazing and spot- on about everything.
The videos are great, Mark.
Very informative and helped me affirm that my work is on the right path.
It's clear to me that you greatly value your work and care to make a difference in the lives of others.
I had a listen to one of your talks on YouTube.
You have such a lovely way.
It made me think of you with your patients.
It is also my approach, to have the warm connection with the patient.
That is the healing environment for sure.
