Mallory has over 10 years experience in the social work field providing intensive clinical services to individuals and families. Prior to starting her practice, Mallory was a Program Director overseeing residential programs at a non-profit for individuals and families impacted by homelessness, HIV/AIDS, and a variety of mental health issues. Mallory specializes in providing holistic, trauma and person-centered psychotherapy and integrates tools and skills drawn from contextual behavioral therapies.

With a deep understanding of the importance of trust, Mallory works to establish a safe, non-judgmental, and affirming environment where clients can begin to explore what brought them to therapy. She is committed to supporting each client along their journey and as they navigate through difficult decisions and changes in their lives. Mallory has had the opportunity to work with clients from all walks of life and with a variety of presenting problems.

She has extensive training and experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community, adult survivors of childhood abuse, neglect, and trauma, individuals and families impacted by chronic illness (including HIV/AIDS), Late Discovery Adoptees, and individuals experiencing vision loss/low vision among many other populations.

Mallory uses a client-centered trauma informed approach, and works with each client to identify their therapy goals and builds upon the strengths of the individual.
Using an integrative and strengths based approach, she employs elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy to respond to the unique needs of the individual to support the development of a more self-compassionate and intentional relationship with yourself.
Mallory is interactive in the therapy process and challenges clients to identify practical tools and strategies to incorporate in their life that make sense for them, and will improve their ability to live more intentionally.
