Services
At Colliance Wellness, we have a deep understanding and appreciation for the intrinsic human need for connection; a fulfilling connection not only with others but also an authentic one with ourselves.
Without these connections we experience difficulties in our lives that can often leave us feeling down, anxious, stuck, frustrated, overwhelmed, or lonely.
The key to healing and building resilience is connection with others who can make us feel understood and help us integrate our feelings and life experiences for our emotional well-being.

Feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, inadequate, lonely or anxious?
You are not alone.
Most of us experience some form of emotional difficulty in our lives regardless of our background or race.
Recognizing our emotional difficulties and seeking professional help is a sign of courage and a positive step in the direction of healing and growth.
We thrive as individuals when we feel connected to ourselves and others.
People enter therapy for a variety of reasons including work and career stresses, losing a loved one, relationship difficulties, feeling "stuck" or "overwhelmed" or having ruminating thoughts of "I'm not good enough."

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and psychotherapist in Chicago.
I have been in the mental health field for nearly a decade helping, supporting, and growing with individuals on their path to emotional wellness.
I believe healing occurs in the context of a trusting relationship that allows you to understand, accept, and love yourself.
I offer you this relationship, trust, openness, and a space where you can explore your strengths and limitations and work towards living a meaningful, intentioned life.
