Sequoia Counseling provides late teen and adult self referred and court ordered evaluations and recommended treatments for Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Domestic Violence, and general Mental Health issues.
All services are provided in an outpatient group or Individual therapy setting. Sequoia does not offer in patient services. A diversion program in the criminal justice system is a form of sentence in which the offender joins a rehabilitation program, which will help remedy the behavior leading to the original arrest, and avoid conviction and a criminal record.

Services
The evaluation process takes approximately one hour to complete and consists of a short written questionnaire followed by and a one-on-one interview with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
If the evaluation is ordered by the court or a probation officer, clients are required to bring a copy of the Police Report from the incident and a recent BCI Report.
Completed Evaluations will be sent to the referring agency within five business days.
Domestic Violence & Anger Management evaluation appointments are available between 1pm and 5pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.
