I am trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and am passionate about psychedelic integration. I completed my Master of Arts in Contemplative Psychotherapy at Naropa University and strive to combine the evidence-based practices of Western psychotherapy with the wisdom and compassion of Eastern psychology.

I work to address core wounds and instilled beliefs that hold us back from being our most authentic selves.
We are often stuck in patterns of thoughts and behaviors that create pain and suffering.
By deepening into the therapeutic process, we will work to liberate from experiences of fear and avoidance, and move towards personal and relational health.

I am a somatic and attachment focused therapist with specialties in addiction, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
I draw on my training in EMDR, attachment theory, Gestalt therapy and parts work, and Polyvagal theory in order to creatively partner with you in your journey towards health, vitality, and purpose.
Together we will discover ways for you to safely and compassionately welcome all parts of yourself in the process of resolving trauma and creating the change you want in your life.

While I currently do not accept insurance, I can provide receipts that can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement and would be happy to assist in that process.
We are all walking our personal paths.
Often we find ourselves at crossroads, stuck points, and spaces that become difficult to navigate.
