Spring Hill has extensive experience treating anxiety, panic attacks, depression, sleep issues, brain fog, unstable emotions, and numerous other issues using Neurofeedback and psychotherapy. Neurofeedback or "brain training" is a form of biofeedback that is used to help improve the brain's ability to function better. The brain is the engine of how we think, feel, focus, and relax.

Improving these aspects can lead to better functioning at work, school, and preferred behaviors that are reliable. Have you lost the person you used to be? Counseling is simply talking about your thoughts and feelings in a safe and confidential environment. Feelings and emotions are our internal gauge of what is going on in our daily lives.
Services
Spring's experience as a therapist has included working with Family Practice Physicians and Psychiatrists in a medical clinic.
In this setting she worked with patients dealing with physical and emotional issues, guiding individuals and families toward building bridges during life transitions.
Her responsibilities also included working collaboratively with Family Practice Residents, training them to listen beyond the patient's symptoms.
Spring also worked for a non-profit agency with clients who were survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, helping them to envision and make new choices for a better life.
Neurofeedback, also referred to as EEG Biofeedback, is a non-invasive, pain-free computer-based technique which retrains the brain to produce brainwave patterns that are beneficial to better functioning.
By calming the brain, the client is better able to control their emotions, feelings and thoughts.
During a session, sensors or a full cap are placed on the head to monitor the brainwave activity which is displayed onto the therapist's computer monitor.
On a separate screen, the client views a video game that is generated using their brainwave activity.
Relationships change as we go through different transitions such as getting married, having a baby, empty nesting, caring for elderly parents, or death of a loved one.
They can make relationships move together or become more distant.
Often, we find ourselves ignoring our true feelings about situations.
Feelings and emotions are our internal gauge of what is going on in our daily lives.
Sharing these feelings and emotions in a safe and confidential environment can help clarify what you want and need in your daily life and relationships.
