If you are feeling stuck in the pain of the past, healing is possible. It is never too late to rewrite your story and free yourself from old, limiting beliefs. Life is a process of creation, as is psychotherapy. The MOST important relationship you have is with yourself - your thoughts, feelings and body. That is good news because that is the only thing you can change.
As a therapist, I aim to help my clients create a fulfilled life, with enhanced freedom of choice. My style is very interactive and personal. I believe that a warm therapeutic relationship provides the safety from which a client can explore past experiences, relationships and self-perceptions. We all carry our histories into our present endeavors.
Identifying limiting beliefs and expectations and facillitating the creation of a new vision of self and others is all part of the therapeutic process. I integrate my extensive training in psychoanalytic work with my interest in and belief in the healing power of meditation, as it promotes self awareness, authenticity and compassion for self and others.
