I'm a clinical psychologist treating children, adolescents, and adults with a range of social, emotional, and behavioral issues. I also offer parent coaching and family therapy. Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and integrated approaches, I address issues such as stress, depression, anxiety, panic, self-esteem, OCD, ADHD, behavioral management, relationship problems, and life transitions.

I also offer mindfulness and relaxation training, as well as clinical hypnosis, to address issues such as anxiety, performance, chronic pain, sleep problems, and IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome).
