Life is a journey filled with lessons, hardships, heartaches, joys, celebrations and special moments that will ultimately lead us to our destination, our purpose in life. The road will not always be smooth; in fact, throughout our travels, we will encounter many challenges. Some of these challenges will test our courage, strengths, weaknesses, and faith.

Along the way we may stumble upon obstacles on our paths that lead us to peace and harmony. In order to follow our desirable path, we must overcome these obstacles. At Compasstree, our team of professional counselors are here to help you identify and navigate these obstacles. The word COMPASS, in our name, represents the tool used for navigation. This tool is vital in helping someone determine their direction and find their way.

The word TREE, in our name, represents growth. For a more meaningful life, we should not "go" through it, we should "grow" through it. Growth is the movement towards a bigger, better, and more meaningful life. We provide child, adult, couple, family, and group counseling in a variety of settings.

Rather than relying on just one modality of psychotherapy, I am trained on and use an eclectic approach, including Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and an existential approach.
