Are you overwhelmed by the loss of a loved one where strong feelings of grief are not lessening with time?
When you lose someone, it can change your entire picture and make life difficult to manage.
During the last 13 months it was a time of loss and immense grief.
Even now, people are continuing the experience the impact of those losses.
Are you struggling with functioning and regular daily activities after the loss of your loved one?
Are you fed up with battling feelings of being sad all the time or feeling virtually nothing?
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) has become the center stage for mental health.
As the tragedies for many veterans continue to play out post-war, the education and research regarding PTSD have recognized the varied events, encounters, experiences, and responses in which PTSD can have multiple types of individuals.
Especially now, more than ever, the social exposure to violence, aggression, volatility, oppression, disasters, etc., in our lives leaves us in a vulnerable and chronic state of trauma exposure.
