I am a therapist, guide and coach. I am committed to working hard to help you find your purpose, truth and healing. I believe strongly in the power of groups, community and truth telling. I have seen thousands of people change from destructive habits and hang ups to honest relationships with self and others. I help people examine their lives, ask tough questions, become truth tellers and find freedom.

Together we decide the best course of action for you: we define and work through your blocks to living the life you desire. I have been committed to my own personal growth for the past 30 plus years. I had several intense, unwanted experiences as a young person that propelled me on a path of transformation and truth seeking. I have been to the darkest places in my own life and offer many flashlights with those I work with.

I am a person committed to my own recovery from substances, process addiction and healing from family issues. I believe the pay off is big when we get honest with ourselves and others.
Services
Customizing the therapeutic process for each client is important to me.
I work differently and provide opportunities to dive deep that go beyond what is typically offered in psychotherapy.
The first steps in working together is to assess where you are, where you want to be and then deciding the best way to get there.
Many of my clients are local, however, I do work with individuals from outside of the Boulder area and out of state.
Although I have offered traditional 60 minute weekly sessions, I find more progress and success working in extended sessions.
One of my mentors often says we suffer in isolation and we heal in community.
Group work offers healing on a different and sometimes deeper level than individual work.
We are able to see our relational blind spots and shame experiences mirrored to us through other people; knowing we are not alone in our experiences and struggles is oftentimes enough to create a significant shift in our own healing process.
It's important to me that each member of the group feels safe, heard and seen.
Individuals are screened for appropriateness and "fit" for the group.
