As the ebbs and flows of life wash through our lives there are times where we are in need of someone to walk alongside of us as we navigate through life's waters. Here's a little about me, I hope it will help you in deciding if we would be a good fit in working together.

I have always been passionate about caring for people. As both a child and an adult it has lead me to many opportunities to get to know a wide range of people and value their many unique and beautiful lives both locally and in other areas of the world. In pursuing my education I was naturally drawn toward the helping professions and received a Bachelor's in Social Work and later a Master's in Counseling Psychology.

I have enjoyed opportunities of working within the counseling field with children, young adults, families, those in the foster care system, as well as those with special needs. I am a wife and a mother of 3 children, one of whom my husband and I had the privilege of adopting and journeying together in the process of building attachment and navigating the challenges of special needs.
