Licensed since 1986, he also works in private practice in Fair Oaks, specializing in individual as well as marital therapy.
He holds graduate degrees in theology (Fuller Theological Seminary) and educational psychology (University of San Francisco).
Tim and Terry have been married since 1977 and have two grown children.
He has taught at Western Seminary and currently serves on the staff at Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church, in Fair Oaks, CA.
