I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with a master's degree and a doctorate in clinical psychology, and I've been providing therapy to men, women, and couples since 2005. I strive to keep growing in my clinical work, and I'm really excited to be learning two new models of individual therapy: Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
I'm a Certified EFT Couples Therapist and Level Two AEDP Therapist, and co-founder of AEDP Sacramento. I'm a member of The International Center for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT), The Greater Sacramento-Davis Center for EFT, The Northern California Community for Emotionally Focused Therapy (NCCEFT), and The AEDP Institute.
When I'm not working with my clients, I love hanging out with my family and friends, hitting the trails with my dog, playing piano and guitar, and finding any excuse to redecorate something. If you have questions about therapy or how I can help, please call or text me at 916.276.7709.
