Issaquah Highlands Counseling Group is a multidisciplinary group of therapists who provide comprehensive mental health services. In a warm and welcoming environment, each patient is assessed at the beginning of treatment and a plan is developed to best support the patient's goals.
We treat patients with a full spectrum of psychological concerns. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we can unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding a patient back from the life they deserve to live. Kari is not only a counselor to me as I share my worries/concerns, but she is also a teacher.

Kari O'Neill, MSW, LICSW, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and the owner and Clinical Director of Issaquah Highlands Counseling Group.
She specializes in individuals, couples and family therapy.
Kari has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Social Work, both from the University of Washington.
Kari has received additional training on anxiety, grief and loss, palliative care, challenging childhood behaviors, special needs populations, geriatric mental health, and LGBTQ issues.
