I recognize that every individual has unique goals, and collaboratively we will work together to develop skills and insights that facilitate mind, body, and spiritual health.
My therapeutic work is rooted in modalities such as mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Theory, along with using a trauma informed approach when working with adolescents, adults, and/or their families. Together our goal is to help you grow, heal, and move forward to where you want to be in life.
