Balm in Gilead was founded in 2003 by Dr. Vivian Rhone and other volunteers after a burning desire to help people of all backgrounds, needs, and walks of life was placed in their hearts.
Balm In Gilead is still currently directed by Dr. Rhone and remains a 100% volunteer-based organization since its inception. We are thrilled that you have taken a few moments to pursue more information about our organization. Our site provides a holistic view of what we do, why we do it, and most importantly who we do it for. We provide assistance in a variety of areas to any and all of God's children.
