Finding real solutions for everyday living. One on one therapy can be beneficial for adults and adolescents who need to work through specific issues. It offers a private, confidential, safe outlet for self-discovery. However, in cases of marriage and family problems, it is often beneficial to include family members in the therapy process. Group, family and couples sessions are available in addition to individual therapy.

Since I have over 30 + years of experience, the modality I utilize varies per situation.
In addition, I am experienced in assisting folks with alcohol & substance abuse problems since 1987.
