Just making the decision to begin counseling starts the healing process and that decision could be one of the most important decisions you will ever make. There is no reason to struggle in silence, to face lifes problems, a difficult time in your marriage or relationships on your own. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, counseling may be the next step for you.

I work with a range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services for couples and individual. As a therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can change how those situations affect us today and in our future.

Working together we can better understand and resolve challenges in your life that may be holding you back from experiencing your marriage, your relationships or life in a more fulfilling and meaningful way.

Men's issues : Men's issues include all of the above issues, but men have areas that they are more likely to struggle with, such as: Anger, Sexual Addiction (pornography), and Intimacy Issues, just to name a few.
Many men in our society have been taught that real men need to work out their issues on their own.
I believe that real men need others.
It takes courage to say I need help, that I am struggling with my marriage and I don't know where to turn or I just can't seem to get my act together.
I believe your current life situations do not have to predict your tomorrow.
If you are ready to take your life or relationships in a new direction I can help.
My passion is to help others find freedom from the issues that are causing difficulties and pain.
Freedom comes from resolving the issues that are causing the difficulties.
Freedom can be found in many forms such as: mending relationships, putting an addiction to rest, managing anger, developing boundaries, facing depression and anxiety or rebuilding a broken marriage.
Marriages and relationships are an important part of life and can have a significant impact on our quality of life.
If the relationship is going well we feel a positive impact and if the relationship is struggling we feel a negative impact.
Even when relationships are going well, maintaining the relationship can be difficult.
Maintaining a meaningful relationship can seem almost impossible when the problems of life keep showing up.
Dealing with blended families, anger, financial difficulties or differences, and unspoken expectations do not have to end the relationship.
Is anger controlling your life, affecting your relationships, having a negative impact at work or destroying your marriage?
If so there is help.
Seeing a counselor could be the place to start.
Does anger or problems controlling anger run in your family?
Problems controlling anger or using anger to get your needs met can be a learned behavior.
There are more effective ways and less destructives way of getting your needs met.
As a certified anger management counselor I can help you find healthy ways to deal with your anger and learn more productive ways to communicate.
