Ms. Anthony is a retired Army First Sergeant and a Doctoral student in counseling psychology with thirty years combined experience in providing leadership, training and development, mental health counseling, psycho-diagnostic evaluation and assessment, psycho-social assessment, and expertise in organizational administration, human relations.
Twelve years' experience as an Equal Opportunity Advisor in designing, curriculum writer and developer, and facilitating training exercises in conflict management, anger management, cross cultural and multi-cultural communication, cultural diversity, sexual harassment, team building, trained mediator for workplace disputes, Department of Defense Sexual Assault and Response Coordinator and Victim Advocacy, and in implementing policies and procedures.
