I offer a warm, empathetic, genuine approach to all my clients, providing a space free from judgment where real growth can happen. I use an eclectic mix of theories and approaches with a person-centered and psychodynamic foundation, meaning that I'm interested in connecting deeply with my clients and understanding their life stories. I love incorporating creative approaches such as mindfulness and art therapy techniques, always prioritizing the needs of the client.

I bring a trauma-informed, feminist viewpoint, always considering how social, political, and cultural experiences influence a person's mental health and well-being. I am passionate about working with individuals with diverse racial and cultural backgrounds, countries of origin, religions, abilities, body sizes, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I will always encourage you to discover and express your true self. I currently work alongside a group of amazing therapists at Intuitive Healing Psychotherapy Practice. Learn more about Intuitive Healing Psychotherapy Practice.
Services
I believe absolutely everyone can benefit from therapy.
We have all developed our own sets of coping mechanisms and survival skills over time, some of which have proven helpful while others may have become problematic in our relationships with others and with ourselves.
Individual counseling offers a safe, nonjudgmental space to address and explore what's keeping us from identifying and achieving our goals and experiencing joy.
It is important to me that our work be collaborative and empowering, meaning that you are the expert on your life; you're in the driver's seat and I'm alongside you for the journey.
Therapy sessions are $175 per session.
I accept cash or credit card.
If you are seeking insurance reimbursement, please check with your provider to see if you have "out-of-network" benefits, as I am not an "in-network" provider.
A sliding scale fee based on annual income may be considered for clients experiencing financial hardship.
Please feel free to call for more information.
In instances where "out-of-network" benefits are covered, you will be responsible for payment at the time of service.
I would love to speak with you.
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss what you're hoping to get out of therapy and how I can help.
My office is conveniently located in Herald Square, near Penn Station, 33rd Street PATH station, and MTA Subway trains: 1, 2, 3, A, C, E, B, D, F, N, Q, R, W.
I'm excited to share that I will be offering a closed, 8-week group for adult children coping with and healing from relationships with self-involved parents.
This group is for clients who have done some individual work around their relationship with their parent(s) and are struggling with feelings of inadequacy, disappointment, anger, mourning not having the parent they wish they had, and are interested in working on codependency and boundaries.
No relationship and no partner is perfect.
Just as I believe everyone can benefit from individual therapy, I believe there is always room for growth in a relationship.
When two unique and complex people come together, there are bound to be challenges, barriers, and hurdles to face.
It can be hard to place what exactly is going wrong in the relationship, especially when your love for each other is there.
I'm here to assure you that encountering challenges as a couple, whether they are outside stressors (such as financial stress, harmful messaging from people outside of the relationship, societal expectations) or internal challenges (managing trust, communication, carrying old woundings from past relationships), is normal and can be worked through.
