Relationship therapist in Newport Beach providing individual therapy and couples counseling. I offer relationship therapy for individuals and couples counseling. Within the frame of a safe, contemplative environment, a therapeutic relationship can help in exploring deep life concerns and assist you in developing a greater sense of personal satisfaction in many areas of your life.

Therapy can support you in letting go of outdated habits and allow for more truthful, authentic expression. It is my hope that our work together will contribute to your capacity to create deeply satisfying relationships in which mutual respect, honesty, and joyful expression are valued. As a therapist, I provide a safe and supportive setting in which clients can explore a wide range of life issues- emotional, interpersonal, psychological, and spiritual.

My counseling orientation is Humanistic-Existential with a focus in Gestalt Therapy. My personal experience and years of clinical work as a therapist offer my clients a diverse range of counseling expertise.

Often times people will put off going into individual psychotherapy for various reasons.
One might believe they can get through their issues alone, try to confide in friends or family, or hope that their issue will disappear altogether.
When these options prove to be a dead end, leaving one feeling stuck, the support of a non-biased expert can often come as a relief to most.
As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I am very aware of the feelings that may be evoked when one enters individual psychotherapy for the first time with a new therapist.
Couples often come into couples counseling sharing how the smallest or seemingly insignificant details of life are usually the topics of fights.
So many of us have found ourselves fighting over mundane parts of our lives and end up hurting each other in such big ways through these arguments.
I often describe it as a tornado that, once moving, seems to pull every little thing into itself in a way that feels out of control.
Stronger, more intense feelings often show themselves in romantic relationships, making romantic relationships seem harder than close friendships at times.
