Our mission is to provide a private and welcoming environment that allows clients to safely explore their innermost thoughts and feelings with the intent to better their overall happiness and quality of life. Our therapists work with a variety of populations including individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents. We treat concerns such as relationship dissatisfaction, depression, anxiety, fatigue/sleep disturbances, behavioral concerns, social issues, work stress, and many other concerns.

I just wanted to THANK YOU for all you did with our daughter. A large portion of her senior paper was a letter to her younger (freshman self). It was very heartfelt and honest. She told her freshman self to be confident when she asks to go talk to someone senior year.
Services
Jennifer completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach in 1992 and went on to complete a Masters of Arts in Psychology from Chapman University in 1996, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Jennifer has worked in multiple settings providing a high level of care to various populations.
Her experience includes working in the foster care system, group home settings, developing programs and providing emergency services for at-risk youth in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, providing case management and mental health services, including group therapy, to Kaiser Permanente members, and over 20 years experience in private practice.
Carly completed her undergraduate training at Chapman University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
She went on to complete her Masters of Science degree in Counseling, emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, from California State University, Long Beach.
She is registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AFMT).
She is a collaborative therapist who brings warmth, authenticity, and care into session.
It is her main priority to make sure each client feels supported, heard, and understood throughout the therapy process.
Allie completed her undergraduate degrees at UCLA with a bachelors of arts in World Arts and Cultures and a bachelors of science degree in Psychology.
She then went on to earn her Masters in Counseling Psychology at University of San Francisco.
She previously worked as an elementary school counselor using art, sand tray, parts work to treat family dynamics, anxiety and depression.
She uses a client centered approach for all of her clients integrating mindfulness and a holistic framework.
As a dancer, she relies on her knowledge of felt sense and intuition to guide clients to a deeper somatic experience of feelings to find healing.
We utilize a unique approach of combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness practices to achieve each person's individual goals.
Whether you have hit a roadblock in your life and seem to be stuck' or have ongoing struggles with relationships, anxiety, depression, work stress, individual therapy can help you address these issues and find deeper understanding as well as learn skills to manage life.
The goal is to improve your quality of life.
We get to know each person on an individual basis, learn about their strengths and weaknesses, values and what's important in life to them.
