I specialize working with individuals of all ages. I offer a therapy experience that is tailored to your needs. All of my interventions are empirically based and designed for you, your child or your family.

We all need support on this exploration of life. The life you desire is waiting for you! It can be nice to know a bit about your therapist. I am a mom to an amazing little boy who inspires me everyday. I enjoy reading, traveling and going on adventures with my son. I received my undergraduate degree from Metropolitan State University in Human Services with a focus in High Risk Youth.

I went on to obtain my master's degree from the University of Northern Colorado in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also a certified addictions counselor level 2 (CAC II). I have experience in a variety of settings such as, residential treatment facilities, community mental health, homes and schools.
