Andrew is one of the few practitioners who is trained in the use of Relational Frame Theory, a contextual behavioral approach that helps clients realize their values via the use of experiential conversation.

This is to let you know about a free program that I offer that helps teens express themselves and work out issues that are concerning to them.
Several years ago I decided to start a teen support group, an opportunity for adolescents to talk together and discuss problems they encounter with friends, with families, in their social life and in school, about subjects that are hard to discuss sometimes with school counselors and parents.
This is not a therapy group but rather an informal support group.
