We are a collection of professionals and volunteers who serve couples, families, single individuals, and partners who are diverse in identity and ability through counseling and other services. To meet the needs of our clients we believe it is essential for our staff to be well-trained so they understand and respect the uniquely expressed identity of all relationships in a safe, nonjudgmental place that promotes personal and interpersonal growth.

We are motivated to help clients achieve success because we envision a future when commitment and enrichment are paramount and central to couples and communities.
Services
We are a federally recognized nonprofit counseling organization that employs a collection of professionals and volunteers who believe happy couples raise healthy families and build strong communities.
Though our name may point to our work with couples, our work focuses broadly on relationships which includes family, friends and even within ourselves.
To strengthen couples and communities by providing affordable and accessible services to couples and their families by well-trained and caring providers and staff.
As president, executive director & co-founder of the organization it is my proudest pleasure to welcome you to Couples Resource Collective.
I truly believe in our mission and the work we do here at CRC and I am committed to making the experience of every client a helpful & insightful one.
I am lucky to have a fantastic team of colleagues and staff that help make our organization great.
I received my bachelors degree in Anthropology from California State University Sacramento, a Masters degree in Marriage & Family Therapy as well as a second Masters degree in Education with a PPS credential in School Counseling, both from Alliant International University.

Do you appear to have it all together on the outside but inside you are searching for relief?
Is it difficult for you to ask for help because you think you should not feel this way?
I can collaborate with you to rebuild your confidence and reestablish trust in your own instincts so you can feel in control of your life again.
I can offer you tools to harness your emotions, set healthy boundaries unique to you, and help you create lasting relationships through self-discovery.
My focus is working with motivated couples and adult individuals using a trauma informed, multicultural, client-centered approach.
There is an old saying: "No man is an island."
Yet, many of us often try to handle too much alone.
I believe therapy can be an amazing asset when we're feeling overwhelmed or isolated and when the relationships we rely upon most are strained.
In times like these we may just need a helping hand to bring us back together and that is where I feel therapy can help us create space to grow.
While my focus lies primarily in the bond between couples and issues around intimacy, I also work with struggling adult individuals, couples and families to find balance, improve communication, and restore wellness.
