Kristy received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English literature from the University of Colorado in 2005 and her Master's degree in Counseling with an emphasis in mental health at MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2012.Kristy approaches therapy from an attachment lens, while borrowing techniques and tools from various therapeutic modalities.
