Our professional counseling office is located in the city of Prattville, Alabama. Together we have experience in a variety of mental health care issues, providing counseling for individuals, couples, and families. We believe that a clear and open relationship is an important part of the therapeutic process. Therefore, we encourage you to bring to our attention anything that you do not understand or that feels uncomfortable to you in any way.

I would like to also inform you of pertinent ethical standards established by the American Counseling Association Code of Ethics. No matter what type of social or psychological stress you are experiencing, we will provide direction and support to assist you in resolving these issues.
Services
Martha Ellis began practicing mental health counseling in 1995.
She has experience working with children and adolescents, foster care/adoptive children, families, and couples.
Her counseling experiences include anxiety, depression, marriage counseling, grief and loss, divorce, custody issues, self injury, abuse, and issues of confidence.
Martha also specializes in Imago Relationship Therapy and Brainspotting, a therapeutic intervention for trauma and anxiety disorders.
Shannon Coleman-Humphries is an Associate Licensed Counselor (under the supervision of Martha B. Ellis, LPC), and also holds an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor certification from the Alabama Drug and Alcohol Association.
