I am a licensed psychotherapist, registered yoga teacher, and astrologer with extensive experience in fields of addiction, trauma and improving self-esteem. My integrative approach employs "talk" therapy, EMDR, trauma-informed yoga, and astrology - modalities that are effective in reducing stress, calming the nervous system, improving decision-making and creating greater compassion for one's self.
Together, we can promote growth and healing by incorporating all aspects of the self: physical, emotional, mental, social, cultural and spiritual. Astrology gives us our own personal map to the depths of our personality and provides direction toward living a more purposeful life.

Services
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with ten years of experience in the mental health field.
I enjoy collaborating with people who are at transitional points in their life or who seek guidance in resolving challenges, improving relationships (with themselves and others), and making decisions.
I believe that it is an honor and privilege to "hold space" for my client's thoughts, feelings, fears, and insecurities during therapeutic sessions.
As your therapist, I bring warmth, stability, authenticity and humor to this collaborative process.

As a registered yoga teacher and a licensed therapist, I specialize in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and am conscious to each individual client while bringing a therapeutic experience to a one-on-one setting.
Clients become acquainted with and reclaim their bodies, helping them become grounded in the present moment and allows for them to explore the benefits of mindfulness as they flow breath to movement in guided trauma-informed practice and meditation.
Resetting the mind sometimes requires resetting our physiological and physical selves, especially if you are a survivor of physical and/or sexual abuse.

Most people do not know much about astrology past a "horoscope" they read in a magazine and what their sun sign is; most of us know we are a Libra, or Virgo, or any of the other designated 12 signs of the zodiac.
One of my passions is the language of astrology and to show my clients that there is so much more to know about our gifts, our purpose and our life lessons.
