Therefore, my approach when working with clients is relational and informed most by interpersonal neurobiology and attachment theory, which supports the key role relationships play in supporting positive mental health throughout the lifespan.
My style is warm and collaborative and I have deep respect and gratitude for clients who choose to including me on their therapeutic journey. I received my Masters degree in Marriage, couples, and family therapy from George Fox University with focused training and supervision in family systems theory, play therapy, and expressive interventions for trauma recovery.
I have received post-graduate training in Parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT) and have sought additional training through the Northwest Center for Play Therapy to continue to best meet the developmental needs of all my clients. My abiding commitment to continual growth and development compels me to regularly seek professional training and experiences to best serve my clients.

Rates for session are $110 for a therapeutic hour, which is 50 minutes and $150 for an initial biopsychosocial assessment, which is 90-120 minutes.
I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment, as well as Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts.
