Holistic psychotherapy and support for people ready to find, follow, or change their path. Finding you here, lets me know that you are looking for answers, for purpose, for reasons, for meaning. Finding you here, lets me know you are in it, in the struggle, in the pain, in the anger, in the dark. With you there, are the voices that say you are not enough, that you won't make it, that you don't have the strength to move through this.

Your disconnected from everything that brings you life, the things that bring you joy, the people you love, but most of all you are disconnected from your SELF. Whatever route you took to get here, whatever path you have been traveling on, brought you here for a purpose. Now, let's figure out what that is. You're here because you want to feel connected again.

All relationships go through periods of harmony and disharmony, disconnection and reconnection (rinse + repeat). How you navigate those moments is what matters most. Couples therapy offers the chance to understand how your relationship has come to be what it is, and to cultivate the change that is needed to transform your relationship into what you desire it to be.

The International Association For Premenstrual Disorders defines Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) as: a cyclical, hormone-based mood disorder with symptoms arising during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle and lasting until the onset of menstrual flow.
It affects an estimated 2-10% of women of reproductive age.
While PMDD is directly connected to a woman's menstrual cycle, it is not a hormone disorder.
It is a suspected genetic disorder with symptoms often worsening over time and following reproductive events including menarche, ovulation, pregnancy, birth, miscarriage, and menopause.
