As your therapist, I'll help you transform your greatest difficulties into your life's greatest gifts. Our work will give you the tools you need to learn, grow, and evolve into your best self living your best life. I provide clear, collaborative and confidential counseling by video and phone to women across Connecticut, New York, and Pennsylvania, and in person in my office in Old Saybrook, Connecticut.

During this 15 minute call, we'll discuss your hopes and goals, and answer any questions to ensure that working together is a great fit. Lauren played such a big part in my personal growth, and I am so appreciative. She is patient and encouraging; she allowed me to stay true to myself and yet be more self aware. I was able to learn and grow more than I ever thought possible.

Individual in-person counseling is the most traditional form of therapy, where client and therapist meet face to face in an office.
Individual counseling is a dedicated, confidential, and protected time and space where we'll fully explore your challenges, connect the dots when there are patterns, and brainstorm ways you can begin to feel better.
We'll meet from the comfort of my office at 100 Main Street in Old Saybrook, CT.
Easily accessible from I-95, my office serves the shoreline and greater New Haven and New London areas.
Fresh air and movement can help clients find symptom relief, release healthy endorphins, and comfortably explore their thoughts, feelings, and goals.
Walking and talking can help take care of your physical, mental, and emotional self simultaneously.
Being in motion can prompt your brain to enter new thought patterns about old difficulties.
Walk and talk therapy can be particularly helpful for clients who are facing life transition, anxiety, and/or a loss of any kind.
You need not be concerned with your level of physical fitness or weight.
Recent studies show that online therapy is just as effective as meeting in person with your therapist.
Sessions on video chat involve the same high level of focus and impact as individual in-person therapy.
You'll quickly get used to the ease of tele-therapy and will completely forget we're not actually together!
