Jenny Alzate LPC-Is a Hispanic integrative psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience working in the human services field. Jenny's experience included managing clinical teams in EMPS, and MDFT as well as being an MST clinician. Jenny has been in private practice as an individual provider for over 8 years and uses CBT, inner child trauma work, and mind-body medicine as her clinical interventions.
Jenny has trained with famous integrative psychiatrist James Gordon MD. Jenny believes that true healing can occur naturally, by caring for the body by learning how to eat right and move daily, healing the emotional scars by utilizing imagery, hypnosis, and guided inner child trauma work to help client rewrite their story, and learning techniques to manage stress.
The ultimate focus is helping client, love and fully accept themselves. She believes in changing belief systems and assisting the client to reconnect with their own internal guiding tool called intuition. So that each person eventually becomes their own therapist.

The ECC works with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families experiencing emotional, psychological, spiritual and physical distress.
Our team of practitioners are licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, licensed marriage & family therapists, as well as an APRN.
Our clinicians have ample experience with state of the art in-home and office-based programs such as MST, MDFT, and IICAPS along with experience working with DCF, probation, parole, school systems, community programs, DMHAS, EMPS, and hospitals to support clients in addressing case management needs.
