Amy graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Washington State University and a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in Arizona. Amy has 20+ years of experience in social services, ministry, business, and counseling related fields. I have taken extensive training in Reality Therapy, designed by Psychiatrist, William Glasser.
I utilize these skills and tools in every session. This is evidence-based form of therapy designed to empower you, help you find solutions, and most of all to find relief from the current symptoms and struggles you may be feeling. In addition to this training, I also graduated from ministry school where I learned to integrate Christian principles into my practice if desired.

There are many assessments that can be done within the scope of counseling to include ADD/ADHD, Intake Assessment, Mental Health Assessments, Risk Assessments, and Depression Inventory Assessments.
I am licensed to diagnose any disorder listed in the DMS-5, which is the current diagnostic manual published by the American Psychiatric Association.
