InSight Counseling Associates LLC was created to provide Mobile and surrounding areas with professional counseling services, psychoeducational groups and classes, and clinically sound resources for personal, spiritual, and relational growth. Alison is a native Mobilian and University of Mobile graduate. She holds a bachelors degree in Mathematics and a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Prior to becoming a therapist, Alison taught middle and high school math and later taught wellness classes in the public schools in Abstinence Education. During this time, she also had the opportunity to travel internationally and explore the arts and culture. Her passion for understanding the human condition eventually led her to research the interconnections between Biblical concepts and neuroscience and apply those concepts to her counseling experiences.

In order for fees to remain affordable for these clients, clients who are able are asked to use their insurance policies for therapy.
If you require the use of a sliding scale, then session fees will be based on family income level.
The fee for the initial session is $100.
