Kolpia is a state certified outpatient counseling center for substance use disorders. In addition to outpatient services, we offer a state certified DUII program, as well as mental health services. For information about getting started and fees for all services please call 541-482-1718 or stop by. We accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP), private insurance, and private pay.

Our services incorporate the stages of change, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, mindfulness, and expressive arts. We have certified staff who are fully committed and work hard each day serving our clients and helping to address the complex difficulties, struggles, and suffering that substance abuse, addiction, and mental health have upon individuals, families, and communities.

Kolpia Counseling is a State certified outpatient counseling center providing individual and group counseling services for the treatment of substance use disorders, services for mandated treatment including driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII), mental health counseling and integrated recovery groups.
Kolpia utilizes a client centered, personalized approach in supporting individuals and their families throughout their treatment.
Our substance use services begin with a comprehensive substance use assessment and recommended level of care utilizing the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) standards and Diagnostic Statistical Manual (DSM-V) criteria.
