In 2006, Rebecca Albright, MSW, LCSW founded the Tri-Lakes Center for Family Development in order to address the mental health and wellness needs in the growing Tri-Lakes community. Since that time TLC for Families has evolved into a thriving, energetic and involved group mental health practice known as Tri-Lakes Collaborative Counseling. Housed in a charming, 1917 home in Historic Downtown Monument, clients feel comfortable and welcome as they walk in the door, which is conveniently located just blocks from I-25.
We offer a variety of services, with high caliber clinicians dedicated to ethical and comprehensive treatment. Our collaboration occurs with our clients as well as with each other and other professionals as needed. We serve our clients as well as the community in which we work.

Rebecca Albright founded TLC for Families in 2004 after 16 years of practice as a clinical social worker in order to better meet the needs of the growing Tri-Lakes community.
She works with a wide range of mental health issues including adult and childhood mood disorders, anxiety disorders, attachment disorders, trauma related to sexual abuse, physical abuse and family of origin issues and loss.
She continually works with clients on issues of self-confidence, self-worth and identity, life changes and life stresses.

Lisa Dill received her undergraduate degree at Oral Roberts University in 1996, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Pastoral Counseling.
She received her Masters degree at Chapman University in 2000, in Psychology with an emphasis on marriage, family and child counseling.
She is a Registered Psychotherapist with the State of Colorado, number 9041.
She practices Cognitive Behavioral therapy congruent with Christian principles, integrating scriptures from the Bible and prayer when appropriate.
She received her Masters degree at Chapman University in 2000, in Psychology with an emphasis on marriage, family and child counseling.
She is a Registered Psychotherapist with the State of Colorado, number 9041.

TLC Counseling has been offering excellent free and low cost counseling to the Tri-Lakes community since 2006.
Interns are carefully selected from local graduate programs such as Regis University and the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
Our interns demonstrate high levels of compassion, curiosity, resourcefulness and a drive to learn, grow and provide quality services for clients with a variety of presenting problems.
Schedules are flexible and clients pay what they can.
Our interns also work closely with Tri-Lakes Cares to address client circumstantial issues which aids in overall success.
