I believe that each person has within them the answers that will help them to make the changes needed. Creativity is one of the tools that I use to help individuals find their own answers. Therapy is a journey of exploration. Most of the work I do with clients involves in-depth exploration of the underlying causes of symptoms as well as symptom reduction and learning the tools to effectively manage symptoms and cope with life situations.
I also provide brief treatment to those with more limited symptoms or treatment goals. I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting which are therapy tools to assist in working through post-traumatic stress symptoms as well as other in-depth issues.
