Individuals and families go through many developmental stages. Some we move through more easily than others, and sometimes we feel stuck and seek support and guidance to make good choices for ourselves and our family. My approach to therapy is to work with the entire family using solution focused and cognitive behavioral techniques. These techniques emphasize each family member's strengths, assist in improved communication within the family, and strive to help families achieve their goals.

Setting these goals is part of the therapy process.
