Our lobby is open but masks are required in the lobby and other common areas. If you choose to meet face-to-face, call our office number 317-437-5104 and our office manager will assist you. We do our best to keep our areas clean by disinfecting between sessions.

You can also call the office number 317-437-5104 and leave a message. We will return calls within one business day. Merriam- Webster dictionary defines an Oases as, "something that provides refuge or relief, a pleasant place" One of my first goals in therapy is to provide an atmosphere of privacy, safety and confidentiality, a "pleasant place" to find healing.
Services
My name is Kim.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Substance Use Professional (SAP).
The areas I have the most passion about are assisting individuals with finding freedom from addictions/mental health problems and, healing from past traumatic events.
I strive to give my clients hope and dignity while helping them overcome.
I began my career in the social work field 14 years ago, working with adults and children with intellectual, physical, and emotional disabilities.
This began a journey that has offered a variety of experiences.
The intake session is $130.
Intake is the first session and is typically an hour.
During the first session the therapist will discuss your history, goals for therapy, confidentiality, policies, payment, notice of privacy practices, and answer any questions.
If you are interested in services at Oases and want your insurance accepted please email me with the type of insurance so I can further explore the process unique to your insurance company.
Ask your human resources department at your place of employment if they have an EAP Program.
Not at all.
People who ask for help know when they need it and have the courage to reach out.
Everyone needs help now and then.
In our work together, I'll help you explore and identify your strengths and how to implement them to reduce the influence of the problems you are facing.
The difference is between someone who can do something, and someone who has the training and experience to do that same thing professionally.
A mental health professional can help you approach your situation in a new way- teach you new skills, gain different perspectives, listen to you without judgment or expectations, and help you listen to yourself.
