We provide quality individual, couple, and family counseling to youth (ages 5 and up) and adults, and have 15 years of experience.
We work with a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, infidelity, life transitions, and grief.
Our goal as a counselor is to find solutions that work for you on an individual basis, helping you to discover the true potential of your life, so everyday can be a celebration, and feel like a real 'breath of fresh air.'
There may be no magic button or quick-fix solution when it comes to changing things from the past that have been difficult, but what we can do is work together to find comfort and resolve in the difficult areas of your life, and the challenges you have to face.

She could see that we often needed more than an hour and made sure that we had more time if needed, 2 hours sometimes.
It was so helpful to not be cut off due to the "clock"ticking in a crucial moment.
WE are still working through some important issues and will continue until we have healed.
Paying out of pocket (not going through insurance) has saved us both time and money.
