It is my privilege to work with clients, providing my professional experience, therapeutic skills, and care to assist in achieving a state of well-being and health. I really enjoy being part of the process of change. I use many different methods in working with clients and feel that one of my strengths is in tailoring treatment to the needs of each person.

My work focuses on helping people find their own best answers, toward achieving the natural balance within. My style is interactive and engaged. I offer an environment which is supportive, compassionate, and positive, with the goal of walking in step with each person. Clients are then free to discover, change, and grow at their own pace, past the pain and to the strength and resources which lie within.

Clients often experience a significant reduction in feelings of distress, a better relationship to self and others, and the resolution of specific problems. I believe that the goal of therapy is not only to identify current and underlying issues, but also to resolve them so that lasting change and healing can occur.
