Psychotherapy
At Integrative Psychotherapy, our greatest joy is in helping you discover the possibilities in your life. Whether you are having challenges with anxiety, depression, or trauma, we are here for you. Our highly skilled therapists use a wide variety of scientific evidence based practices. We help each client take the lead, as they learn to navigate their own wellness journey, discovering the types of supports that are just right for them.

Through tapping into the power of your mind, body, and creativity, you will learn effective ways to calm your nervous system and follow your heart. Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Esther Goldstein, a licensed clinical social worker and trauma specialist, supporting adults with anxiety, depression, and trauma in the Five Towns and surrounding areas.

As the Principal Trauma Specialist, Trauma Educator and Founder of Integrative Psychotherapy, my goal is to make sure that you are set up with just the right customized therapeutic experience to help you along your healing journey.
Services
Integrative Psychotherapy is a group practice that integrates a large variety of the most current evidence based therapy methods to help treat anxiety, depression, trauma and other related mental health challenges facing today's teens and adults.
Every client is an individual and will benefit from different combinations of approaches.
In fact, the majority of our clients have found their lives to be more meaningful and rich after therapy - more than they ever thought possible.
Therapy is like a workout at the gym - for your brain.
Our team of mental health professionals are skilled and here to help you heal from anxiety, depression, trauma, family of origin (attachment) issues or anything else that's been weighing on your heart or mind.
Often clients come in without labels (or the desire for labels) for what they are going through and just want to feel unburdened from the heaviness of their day-to-day lives.
Labels are not required.
Commitment, effort and a desire to grow are!
Founded & operated by psychotherapist, Esther Goldstein, LCSW, Integrative Psychotherapy is a group practice that specializes in a combination of the latest evidence based therapy methods combined with many of the classics as well.
At Integrative Psychotherapy, we help you let go of anxiety, worry, fear, sadness or pain.
We come to this work, first, as fellow humans who understand and fully appreciate the struggles of life.
Our hearts feel with you in whatever you are facing.
We are also highly trained and skilled in doing our best to help you find hope and experience a shift, and take steps to a better life.
The methods we use are integrative, blending mind & body-focused healing approaches that help reduce anxiety, lessen sadness and provide clarity and relief.
You've been in clinical practice and have been seeing trauma in your sessions.
Your methods have been working for the most part, but lately, you find yourself stuck, bored and not feeling excited about the transformation in your clients.
You want more.
You want to be focused and engaged in sessions.
You want to end each day knowing you've done your best work and lives have been transformed.
This is why I've created trauma consultation groups for clinicians.
Community & Safety: Moral support and camaraderie from other therapists who are deep in the trenches of trauma treatment along with you.
When you walk into the first session with your ideal client it feels like heaven.
You love doing therapy!
You are a licensed mental health professional, ethical, well trained, and you are pretty good with almost anyone that comes in the door, but with clients with anxiety, trauma, depression, and self esteem issues you are truly great!
The problem is, in your current situation, you're burnt out with a caseload that is too big to handle, and it is truly starting to wear you down.
You've thought about owning your own private practice, but the truth is- you don't want to be a business owner and to carry the stress that comes with that.
